Isnt that why people are leaving NY and Cal? Sure you cant live in those states with that but why on earth would anyone want to pay $1300 a month for 1 bedroom small apartment. For those prices you can get a 3000 sq foot house one 1 acre in a nice neighborhood in 30 states
