I am increasingly worried about rate at which we are losing frontline staff to quarantine (something that will only be exacerbated by childcare issues now schools are closed). @MattHancock and @NikkiKF we need rapid #covid19 testing for #NHS staff and contacts. And we need it now
Can we encourage protected shopping time for NHS staff? reports from clinicians working for NHS in London struggling to find basic supplies before and after shifts. Which adds stress. This must be a wider problem @didoharding@BWCHBoss@ChrisCEOHopson
Here’s a suggestion. A daily news conference at a fixed time with the government and the medical/scientific officers, and a commitment by the public service broadcasters to show it live on a main channel.
